Story of my life

Being a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, allows me to do what I love, help others overcome their issues, develop resiliency and insight, and grow confidence in themselves, that they can handle anything that comes their way.

From where it began

Most of my childhood revolved around me getting into trouble for helping others

I have always had a desire and passion to help others. I could never stand to watch anyone struggle without trying to help in someway.

My goal is help you discover your purpose, magnify your strength, and learn and implement new practices to overcome life's problems with clarity, confidence, and with the belief that you can handle anything that comes your way.

I don't want you to merely survive, I want to gain the confidence, insight, and resiliency to thrive!

Service I provide

For individuals, I utilize Control Mastery Theory along with trauma care techniques.

CMT is based on the premise that negative beliefs about one's self, formed via traumatic childhood experiences, are at the root of a person's mental health concerns. You are supported with working to develop the ability to identify constricting beliefs, test the validity of those beliefs, and take control of your thoughts and behaviors in order to overcome any negative impact caused by the pathogenic beliefs you may have.

Service I provide

For couples therapy, I utilize Contextual Therapy along with trauma care techniques.

CT see disturbances in couples as an expression and consequence of an imbalance in giving and taking, entitlement and fulfillment, particularly in the realm of caring. CT therapist works with the couple to balance the given ledger of merits and demerits by establishing a sense of mutual responsibility. We process the facts, the psychology of the individual, the patterns of transaction, and, above all, the integrity of the interpersonal relationship.

Service I provide

Christian Therapy and Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

Christian Therapy integrates traditional talk therapy methodologies with Christian belief practices by incorporating theological concepts. It focuses on helping you navigate spiritual concerns and everyday life struggles encountered by Christians.
CBT is a short-term form of behavioral treatment. It helps people problem-solve. CBT also reveals the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and the behaviors that follow. The client learns how their thought process informs their behaviors and actions.
